Admission to the E-learning and Online Teaching Certificate program has been suspended. Upon successful completion of the fifteen credits, the last certificate will be granted in Spring 2021.

The E-learning Certificate will no longer be available. Three of the courses, EDUC 760, EDUC 761, and EDUC 763 are continuing as stand-alone online courses for professional development and as approved graduate-level electives in the Master of Science in Education (MSED) and Master of Science in Technical Education (MSCTE) degree.

What is the prerequisite?

Completion of a bachelor's degree (No graduate school application is required.)

How much will it cost?

  • 2020-2021: $466 per semester hour graduate credit ($1,398 per course)
  • Each course is 3 semester hours graduate credit

Tuition is the same for Wisconsin residents, out-of-state and international students.

Is financial aid available?

You may qualify for financial assistance if you are enrolled in a Master's degree program for at least five graduate credits in a semester.

Stout University Foundation sponsors scholarships for graduate students.
