Katherine P. Frank became the eighth chancellor of University of Wisconsin-Stout, after a distinguished career as an administrator and faculty member.

Interim Provost and Vice Chancellor
Glendali Rodriguez works with the deans, department chairs, directors and the Division of Academic Affairs to ensure the best possible environment for teaching and learning, scholarship, research, creative activities, and student services. The Provost's Office, working with the deans, department chairs, directors and others, has oversight of the Division of Academic Affairs.

Kim Schulte-Shoberg,
Interim Vice Chancellor for Business, Finance, and Administrative Services
Business, Finance, and Administrative Services
Kim Schulte-Shoberg serves as UW-Stout’s chief business officer, overseeing the university’s budget, advising the chancellor on financial management, and working with faculty, staff, students and community members to accomplish university initiatives.
Phil Lyons,
Retiring Vice Chancellor for Administrative and Student Life Services
Phil Lyons has been an important member of the university since 2007, serving as the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Student Life Services, and Vice Chancellor for Administrative and Student Life Services since March of 2012. Phil is retiring in February 2021 and will assist Kim with the transition until his retirement.
Willie Johnson,
Vice Chancellor for Advancement and Alumni Relations
The Vice Chancellor for University Advancement is responsible for oversight of the University’s fundraising and alumni programs, and for representing those to the university's senior administration. Willie Johnson also serves as executive director of the Stout University Foundation and represents the university to alumni, parents and corporate constituencies.
Sue Traxler,
Assistant Chancellor for Learning and Information Technology and Chief Information Officer
Learning and Information Technology
Sue Traxler is responsible for Learning and Information Technology (LIT) a support organization dedicated to providing efficient and effective state-of-the-art learning and information technology solutions and services to students, faculty, and staff for instruction, administration, and public service in support of the University's mission.
Meridith Wentz,
Assistant Chancellor
Planning, Assessment, Research and Quality
Meridith Wentz is responsible for the University's strategic planning process, policies, accreditation and assessment. She is the director of Institutional Research and the Applied Research Center.
Kristi Krimpelbein,
Chief Human Resources Officer and Sr. Special Assistant
Kristi Krimpelbein provides leadership and administrative oversight for the Chancellor and Human Resources. Serves as the liaison to the Chancellor. Manages special projects and events.
Amy Luethmers,
Chief Marketing Officer
Amy Luethmers is responsible for implementing an integrated marketing strategy to enhance the university's brand presence, meet identified goals and foster relationships with prospective students, their families, the extended UW-Stout community and our industry partners. She also oversees the Marketing Communications team which develops and implements initiatives related to these strategies.
Doug Mell,
Special Assistant to the Chancellor
Doug Mell serves as Special Assistant to the Chancellor at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where he has worked since October 2006. Mell is responsible for liaison activities with the state Legislature, other state and local officials and the community, responding to media inquiries and fulfilling open records requests. He serves on the Chancellor’s Cabinet.
Sandra Scott,
Dean of Students
Sandra Scott provides leadership and administrative oversight as the Dean of Students and for the Student Life and Services unit. Scott reports directly to the Chancellor and manages special projects.
