The Counseling Center offers compassionate and confidential services, educational programs, and resources, and works collaboratively with other campus departments to ensure you receive the support you need to be successful.
Support is available in multiple ways.
- Trained professional counselors offer individual, couples, and group counseling.
- Online and mobile self-help resources help you track personal wellness.
- Anonymous and confidential online tools help you assess mood, anxiety, or other topics.
- Health and wellness events and activities hosted by students.
To transfer your care to one of our licensed and trained counselors, please have your current mental health practitioner send your treatment summary to the Counseling Center for review and processing.
An initial appointment will be scheduled to discuss care needs, answer questions about services, and complete any forms to ensure records are current. Subsequent appointments can be made following the initial appointment.
