Camper Information Request Form

Campers must have the consent of their parent or guardian to enroll. An interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) is a plus but not required.

Submitting this form will cause camp information and registration materials to be sent to you via e-mail.  A spot in camp is secured only when registration forms and payment are received by our office via US postal mail.

A limited number of full scholarships are available for applicants who are eligible for free or reduced lunch (FRL). Scholarships are also available for members of underrepresented minority populations. Please see the online camper request form for details and instructions for scholarship consideration. Please note: Scholarships will be assigned as registration forms are received (via U.S. mail).
