What is the payment and cancellation policy?

For payment and refund policies for credit-based courses, consult Student Business Services.

For payment for non-credit continuing education conferences and events, payment is due at the time of registration and is typically by credit card. If you cancel your registration seven or more calendar days before the program start date, you will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. For cancellations made fewer than seven days before the start date, no refunds will be given, but you may send a substitute to take your place at no charge. Please note that if you are registered and do not attend, you are still responsible for the full fee. Please note: Any additional requirements or exceptions to our non-credit policies are noted on the registration forms and webpages for those specific noncredit courses, programs and events.
