Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your registration seven or more calendar days before the program begins, you will receive a refund minus a $10 processing fee. For cancellations made fewer than seven days before the start date, no refunds will be given, but you may send a substitute to take your place at no charge. Please note that if you are registered and do not attend, you are still responsible for the full fee.

Substitution or refund requests must be submitted via email or phone call to UW-Stout Continuing Education and Conferences: continuinged@uwstout.edu or 715-232-2793.
