Chainsaw Safety Certification - BIO-250

Two-day field course introducing chainsaw use, maintenance, and safety. Chainsaw parts, function, and care; proper care and use of personal protective equipment; creating a pre-fell plan and safety evaluations; and notching, felling, limbing, and bucking techniques. Chainsaw safety certification Levels I and 2 may be awarded upon completion.
