This 1.5 day collaborative leadership development program will empower leaders at all levels to look deep within themselves, reflect, and take conscious action.
Sarah Young, founder of Zing Collaborative and Author of "Expansive Impact: An Invitation to Lead in Everyday Moments" will explore the 6-pillar framework which will serve as a compass for navigating your leadership journey. Through the stickiest management situations, this program will uncover what it looks like to:

- Wednesday, October 11, 2023 – Ballroom A, Memorial Student Center, 9 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
After attending the program, you will leave with:
- Ideas to create connection and build relationships in everyday moments, in a way that doesn't require a lot of time or energy
- Ways to put our values into action in our leadership and our lives
- An understanding of internal thought patterns that might be getting in our way—and how to set them aside
- Ways to ask better questions, to get better information
- An understanding of our natural style as it relates to conflict
- A framework for taking action on the things we care about through small and intentional action
You will take away a handful of concrete tools, strategies, and reflections to apply within your leadership and your life, while feeling empowered to tackle the tough situations you are facing.
In addition to connecting, learning, and collaborating with leaders from UW-Stout and UW-River Falls, participants will receive a copy of the Expansive Impact book.
