Course Description

Supervised school-based practicum in reading program implementation and evaluation.  Emphasis is directed toward developing coaching practices, planning professional development programs, facilitating evidence-based reading programs, and action research.
**Background check required.

This course is an approved elective in the Master of Science in Education online degree program. 

Who Should Enroll

Prerequisites: Completed the prerequisite courses with a 3.0 grade in each course: RDGED 720 and RDGED 721, background check.

This is the third of three required courses for individuals pursuing reading specialist certification, Wisconsin #5017.
