REGISTRATION PACKAGE FEE per FAIR
- Early Bird Rate: $325* (July 10 - August 10, 2023)
- Regular Rate: $375* (August 11 - September 18, 2023)
- Non-profit/Government/501(c)(3) Rate: $150 (July 10 - September 18, 2023)
**Final invoice will reflect Partnership Program and Early Bird rates if applicable
EMPLOYER REGISTRATION PACKAGE INCLUDES
- Parking, in specified lot
- Two (2) representatives, per booth
- Booth space approximately (8x8)
- One (1) - 6' Table with two chairs
- Tablecloth upon request
- Wireless internet access/free guest Wi-Fi
- Electricity/extension cords
- Light refreshments
- On-campus Interviews

Faculty Information
- Share the canvas Career Conference Canvas Course to students
- Promote our signature – Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good Event
- Promote Handshake to view/research employers
- Refer students to the Employment Guide
- Assign activities (for extra credit or other classroom learning outcome alignment)
- Assign Career Conference Prep week events such as resume reviews and/or appointments
- Assign attendance to Career Conference – any of the career fairs
- Encourage students to volunteer for the event – several areas align to academic programs
*Career Services tracks attendance and can provide data requests
