Fall 2023 Career Conference Week, September 25-28

Registration opens in Handshake July 10! 

REGISTRATION PACKAGE FEE per FAIR

  • Early Bird Rate: $325* (July 10 - August 10, 2023)
  • Regular Rate: $375* (August 11 - September 18, 2023)
  • Non-profit/Government/501(c)(3) Rate: $150 (July 10 - September 18, 2023)

**Final invoice will reflect Partnership Program and Early Bird rates if applicable

EMPLOYER REGISTRATION PACKAGE INCLUDES

  1. Parking, in specified lot
  2. Two (2) representatives, per booth
  3. Booth space approximately (8x8)
  4. One (1) - 6' Table with two chairs
  5. Tablecloth upon request
  6. Wireless internet access/free guest Wi-Fi
  7. Electricity/extension cords
  8. Light refreshments
  9. On-campus Interviews

Request an interview space in the ADD ON section of your registration.

  • If you've indicated next-day on-campus interviews on your registration, it will be noted on your confirmation.
  • During the fair check-in, interview materials for next day on campus interviews will be provided. 
  • Location/table will be provided at check-in, the day of your interviews.
    • Please note that space is limited.

Faculty Information

Help support and prepare students
  • Share the canvas Career Conference Canvas Course to students
  • Promote our signature – Look Good, Feel Good, Do Good Event
  • Promote Handshake to view/research employers
  • Refer students to the Employment Guide
  • Assign activities (for extra credit or other classroom learning outcome alignment)
    • Assign Career Conference Prep week events such as resume reviews and/or appointments
    • Assign attendance to Career Conference – any of the career fairs
  • Encourage students to volunteer for the event – several areas align to academic programs

*Career Services tracks attendance and can provide data requests
