Welcome to WiFAB, Wisconsin's Fabrication Laboratories Cooperative!
The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) invests in public school districts to help establish or expand fabrication laboratories, or Fab Labs. WEDC collaborated with UW-Stout to develop the WiFAB Cooperative, an online community of PK-12 educators, innovators and makers.

At its heart, WiFAB is about connecting people and building a network of Fab Labs. WiFAB supports educators focused on integrating Fab Lab projects in the delivery of curricula via the Engineering Design Process. We champion best practices, address common challenges, and facilitate inter-lab communication. We aim to advance your efforts to amplify your students' intellectual and technical skills they'll need for the jobs of the 21st century.
