The FOCUS2030 initiatives were developed based on the strategic plan, Strategic Planning Group, and Engagement Session.
On an annual basis, we identify strategic initiatives to help us achieve the FOCUS2030 plan. These strategic initiatives come from university action plans and an annual, campus-wide event called the Engagement Session. We have university action plans in the following areas:
