- Arrive at least five minutes prior to class to receive directions from the instructor.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for freedom of movement and air flow. Avoid baggy pants, sweatshirts, and denim, as these often restrict movement and the instructor cannot watch for proper form as well.
- Bring two pair of shoes to keep the gym floor clean and safe for class.
- Wear comfortable footwear that provides adequate support for the type of class you are attending.
