UW-Stout follows the Board of Regents' two-year live-on requirement. This policy states that students are required to live on-campus their first two years after high school graduation. Living on-campus is a great way to meet new people, get involved, and build strong academic habits.  However, living in a hall with hundreds of other students can be tough, and a few established guidelines can help. Review the policies and procedures, including the details of the Housing Contract and the Code of Conduct, that affect students living on-campus.
