Our behavior management course includes how to:
- Support students dealing with adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) and trauma.
- Integrate mindfulness and self-care practices to help you as an educator, as well as your students, self-regulate, and deal with stressful situations.
- Implement Tier 1 and Tier 2 strategies in your classroom.
- Create a behavior assessment tool and intervention plan.
- Connect with your students and determine settings, triggers, and effects.
- Build strategies for teaching self-management and social skills.
We’ll discuss evidence-based preventative strategies, positive behavioral supports, and effective interventions. You’ll gain classroom management strategies for addressing disruptive behaviors, chronic noncompliance, and ADHD-related issues.
