Join the UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association for a luncheon at the Harborside Restaurant. Alumni and friends will have the opportunity for meaningful conversation and connection with members of the #StoutProud community, hear about new things happening on campus and enjoy a delicious lunch.
You will be able to select from a choice of entrées including:
- Chicken Pesto Pasta - grilled chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms, pesto, cream sauce, penne and garlic bread
- Grilled Shrimp Tacos - large grilled shrimp, cabbage slaw, chipotle cream, pico de gallo, two corn tortillas. Served with black beans and rice pilaf
- Pasta Primavera - fresh seasonal vegetables, olive oil, penne pasta and garlic bread
