Financial Aid and Paying for College

We know that finances are top-of-mind right now for many folks. We're still in the midst of an economic recession, and college is an important investment. We offer a variety of scholarships, including our new Blue Devil First-Year Scholarship, to make that investment an affordable one. Beyond that, over 82% of undergrads at UW-Stout receive some form of financial aid. Use our online tuition calculators to estimate what your costs would be.

NEW Blue Devil First-Year Student Scholarship | $2,000

The new $2,000 scholarship is for recent high school graduates admitted as first-year students for the fall semester and meet ALL of the following requirements:

  • Priority is given to students who are admitted and have completed the FAFSA by December 1st

The Blue Devil First-Year Student Scholarship is a one-year non-renewable scholarship and will be awarded starting fall 2022 for incoming first-year students.
