Parking Services

Parking on the UW-Stout campus is regulated throughout the entire calendar year.
In this Section

Parking on the UW-Stout campus is regulated throughout the entire calendar year, and any parking must comply with the guidelines established in the documents on this website.  All legitimate parking must be authorized by Parking Services by permit, pay station, short-term meter, posted time limit, or phone authorization.

Parking information must be obtained from Parking Services.  Incorrect information provided by another source is not considered a valid defense of a parking violation.

Please view parking updates on a regular basis to avoid receiving a parking citation while parking on the UW-Stout campus. All updates and news will be featured below.

2021-22 Parking Permits

Sale of 2021-22 parking permits will begin on August 2, 2021.  If you have a current annual or spring semester permit, it is valid through August 15, 2021.  If you do not have a permit and need summer parking, contact our office for options.

General Information:  If you have a valid parking permit your license plate is your permit (except motorcycle/moped - a sticker is required).  If you need to purchase a permit go to the Parking Portal.  For assistance, our office hours are 7:45 a.m. - 4:25 p.m. Monday thru Friday (except Holidays).  Valid parking lot information for your permit can be found at:  Permit Information

COVID-19 Statement

A permit, or pay station authorization, is still required if you are using campus parking lots.  Our office is open but we ask that you please attempt to handle any business over the phone or through email.  Thank you.
