How to Apply

Submit:

  • UW System Application

  • Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions

  • High school transcripts are required if you have not completed a bachelor's degree

  • $44 application fee if the last school you attended was not a UW College

Once all of the necessary items have been received (listed above) your application will be reviewed for the following requirements: 


Application Requirements

Two year A.S. or A.A.S. degree in an information technology discipline

 OR

45 or more undergraduate credits with at least 15 credits in an information technology discipline

OR

High school diploma and will attend as on-campus student

If these requirements are met, your application will be accepted, transcripts will be reviewed, and a transfer credit evaluation will be completed. If approved, an acceptance letter along with the transfer credit evaluation will be delivered to you.

If you do not meet the above requirements, a copy of your application and transcripts may be forwarded to the Program Director for review and evaluation as to your acceptance into the program.

Upon acceptance, a copy of your materials (application, transcripts and transfer credit evaluation) will be forwarded to the Program Director and the Adult Student Services Coordinator. You will then be in contact with these individuals for further advisement or discussion as to how your credits will apply to the B.S. in Information and Communication Technologies degree.
