The research assistants will work with protein precipitation and fluorescence reagents to learn how to transfer molecules from the nanoparticles to biological materials. This position includes social media management, reviewing daily office schedules, checking people in for their appointments, communicating with staff about visitors, providing information to visitors, general office space cleaning and maintenance, checking out TRIO resources, and periodic office projects as directed by staff. These projects could include decorating, filing, organization, etc. as assigned. This work will be completed in an in-person format and does not include virtual work. This job is only available for undergraduate students. Unfortunately, this position is not available to international students as you must be also be a TRIO participant and the TRIO program is federally funded to serve only U.S. citizens.
