A retreat for educators, innovators and makers. Get inspired! July 17-21, 2017 - Understand how a fab lab can be used to support multi-disciplinary learning - Experience the engineering design process in solving real-life problems - Inspire your students with modeling and simulation with curriculum that meets the standards, develops teamwork and problem solving skills - Create 'design thinking portfolios' featuring sketches, testing data, prototypes, and presentation materials - Develop design thinking experiences for students - Join a new professional learning community dedicated to innovative teaching. Beta test the WiFAB Cooperative Portal, demo features and see what others are doing To better incorporate this model at your school, you are encouraged to send teams of two to three.
