The History Teaching minor offers you the background, content, and strategies necessary for optimal teaching of history. You can enhance your students' understandings of world events, dynamic people, and places.

 

Our program is designed to complement your K-12 or 6-12 teaching license and will enhance your marketability in the education field.

Are you a current teacher? Our minor offers you professional development opportunities to broaden and improve your knowledge base and teaching skills.

To declare a minor, complete the "Applying for a Minor" survey online, and you will be given further instructions. Once this has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Advisement Center.
