The Property Management minor gives you a solid foundation in real estate development and finance, law, sales and leasing, market analysis, and property asset management.

You will gain the necessary skills in administration, operation, marketing, and maintenance of properties. Properties range from apartments and condominiums to community associations and public housing, vacation rentals to offices, industrial parks, and shopping centers.

The minor is a highly marketable addition to your Construction, Business, Interior Design, Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism, or Golf Enterprise Management degree.

To declare a minor, complete the "Applying for a Minor" survey online, and you will be given further instructions. Once this has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Advisement Center.
