   Eric Berlin is a Case Facilitator at the University of Wisconsin-Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute (SVRI), working with applicants to determine eligibility for the State of Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) program. Before joining SVRI, he was a Vocational Coordinator with Aurora Vocational Services, supporting the Individual Placement and Support Program, Community Support Program, and Comprehensive Community Services in Chippewa County; served as a Job Developer at Innovative Services, administering interest inventory tests and aptitude tests with DVR consumers and supporting them to obtain employment in the community; and worked as a Case Manager with a managed care organization, ensuring elderly and disabled individuals in Eau Claire County receive all appropriate assistance to be healthy and live as independently as possible. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Vocational Rehabilitation from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He enjoys spending time with family, trout fishing, and golfing as much as he can.
