UW-Stout Career Services: Your Student’s Gateway to Professional Growth

Professional, networking and career events for your student
August 27, 2024

Career Services provides students with opportunities to expand their professional networks and prepare for their future careers. Each semester, we host the highly anticipated Career Conference Week, featuring more than 300 employers eager to connect with your talented student.

Career Conference Week

Fall 2024 Career Conference Week runs from Monday, Sept. 23, to Thursday, Sept. 26, while the Spring 2025 Career Conference Week takes place from Monday, Feb. 24, to Thursday, Feb. 27.

Both weeks are filled with industry-specific events that allow students to engage with potential employers and alumni, offering invaluable networking and career opportunities. Students of all levels and majors are encouraged to attend.

Career Conference Prep Week

The week prior to each Career Conference Week, we host Career Conference Prep Week, a five-day program designed to prepare students to make the most of their networking opportunities.

This week includes drop-in resume reviews with a career coach in the Career Services office and our signature Blue Devil Prep for Success event, where your student can engage with employers and alumni, get tips for interviewing, networking, and navigating Career Conference, access free professional clothing and get a professional portrait taken for their LinkedIn profile.
