Lisa has a positive and constructive attitude, even in challenging situations. Her approach is solutions-focused, and Lisa is willing to work through problems without losing her enthusiasm.
"Lisa is a good team player, often helping colleagues, sharing knowledge and contributing positively to the team dynamic. Her commitment is not just to personal tasks but to the success of the team as a whole."
Each employee of the month receives a certificate of recognition and a gift presented by Chancellor Katherine Frank. The award, in its 19st year, was established by the Chancellor’s Office and is co-sponsored by the University Staff Senate.
