Chad has been teaching in the Construction Management Program at UW-Stout since 2014. He is also a Principal at CR-Building Performance Specialists (CR-BPS). He is a sustainability specialist with 15+ years of experience in high-performance building design, facility asset management, and building science. He has a proven track record in client relationship development, organizational leadership, and cross-functional team collaboration across private and public sectors. He is a skilled educator with expertise in historic preservation, building enclosure commissioning and high-performance design principles.
