Stout offered me a lot of opportunities to improve myself.

Aysegul Baltaci has been in the United States for nine years. She is enthusiastic about learning new things, especially about nutrition.

Originally from Turkey, she received her nursing degree there. After a few years break, she began her master's in Food and Nutritional Sciences at the UW-Stout.

"I love being a student and having my family here with me," Baltaci said.

Stout offered Baltaci opportunities to improve herself, not just academically but personally and socially. She loved being and studying at Stout and is proud to be a Stout graduate.

"My long-term goal is to finish my Ph.D. and then start at a university as a faculty member," Baltaci said.
