Andy joined UW-Stout in the fall of 2016. Prior to being faculty, Andy lived in Laramie, WY where he received his PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision and was involved in private practice working with children, families, and ran groups for individuals struggling with substance abuse. Prior to moving to Wyoming Andy lived in Harrisonburg, VA where he provided home based clinical services to families and individuals. Though Andy enjoys teaching and clinical work, he has interests that also revolve around traveling, photography, painting, playing board games, as well as outdoor activities like tennis, hiking, and bicycling.
