Employer Recognition Event

Campus updates, breakout discussions, and recognition of employers.
In this Section

Annually in May, our online Employer Recognition Event includes updates from campus, breakout discussions, recognition of our Career Services Partners, and awarding of the Employer of the Year.

This award honors an employer who has gone above and beyond to collaborate with UW-Stout and Career Services in their commitment to students through engagement, recruitment, and hiring for co-op/internships and full-time positions over the past year.

Employer of the Year Award

In 2025, UW-Stout had the honor of hosting the Annual Global Polytechnic Summit. This event brought polytechnic academic professionals and community leaders together to focus on innovation in curriculum and applied research, to build opportunities for collaboration and partnership on research and student learning, and to share best practices specific to active, applied learning.
