Design Studios

Students in the Bachelor of Fine Arts program may opt to pursue concentrations in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or multimedia design. Design labs are housed in both the Applied Arts Building and the adjoining Micheels Hall with unique facilities for each area that are conducive environments for learning. Extensive open lab hours allow access to these spaces outside of class periods.

On the first floor of the Applied Arts building are classrooms for graphic design, as well as two reserved workspaces for graduating seniors in graphic design and multimedia design concentrations. The second floor of the art building is where the classrooms for industrial design and interior design are located, as well as workspaces for graduating seniors in both of these areas.
