Fall 2009 - $360 per graduate credit hour
Textbooks or software are not included in the tuition fee.

***If you are enrolling in individual courses for licensure renewal, transfer to another university, advanced certification, advancement on the salary schedule or documentation of professional development, complete the online registration form. You do not need to apply for graduate admission to the university. Only students who are beginning a masters degree program at University of Wisconsin-Stout need to complete the graduate application process.

If you prefer to pay in full via credit card at the time of registration, the Payment Agreement Form is not required. Payment Options
Many participants apply for tuition reimbursement if the course meets their school district's technology goals or school improvement plan.
Option 1: University Billing
If you select university billing, watch for an email from Darci Ward in the Registrar's office two days after you submit the registration request form. The email will include your university user name and student ID number and will describe how to activate your university email account and submit the Payment Agreement Form. Your registration request will not be processed until the Payment Agreement Form is completed.
Your university bill will be emailed to your university email account one month before your course begins.
The Summer 2009 tuitiion payment is due in full the first week of the class.
If you are registering for Fall 2009, 10% of the total bill will be due when the fall semester begins.
Option 2: Credit Card
You may pay tuition by providing credit card information on the registration request form.
Credit card payments will be processed on the day that you register online.
Billing Questions or Receipt for Tuition Reimbursement
If you have any questions regarding payment and billing or need a receipt for tuition reimbursement, email Darci Ward Outreach Services - Continuing Education office or call Darci at (715) 232-5167.
Drop Procedure
If, after submitting the registration form, you find that you need to drop the class before the first day of class, send a cancellation request by email to wardda@uwstout.edu (Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted).
UW-Stout Withdrawal Policy
Administrative Fee: If a student withdraws during the first two weeks of the semester, an administrative fee, (withdrawal fee), will be assessed for processing the withdrawal. The fees are $50.00 in the first week, $100.00 in the second week, or 5% of institutional charges, whichever is less.
UW-Stout Refund Policy
For 3-4 week courses:
100% refund if the course is dropped during Week 1
25% refund if the course is dropped during Week 2
0% refund if the course is dropped after Week 2
For 5-7 week courses:
100% refund if the course is dropped during Week 1
50% refund if the course is dropped during Week 2
0% refund if the course is dropped after Week 2
For 8-11 week courses:
100% refund if a course is dropped during
Week 1
50% refund if the course is dropped during Week 2
25% refund if
the course is dropped during Week 3
No refund is granted beyond the third
week of the course.
