The M.S. degree in Training and Human Resource Development is a customized instruction program, which means that the tuition per credit hour for each UW-Stout course taken to fulfill the program curriculum is the same — $546 (2016–2017 academic year) per credit hour — regardless of state residency. The program pays for textbook rental fees and textbook purchases for program courses. Tuition will be $554 per credit in 2017-2018.
