The M.S. degree in Information and Communication Technologies is a customized instruction program, which means that the tuition per credit hour for each UW-Stout course taken to fulfill the program curriculum is the same — $581 (2017–2018 academic year) per credit hour — regardless of state residency. The program pays for textbook rental fees and textbook purchases for program courses.
