What is Industrial Organizational (I/O) Psychology?
I/O gives you the tools to work in human resources, training and development, or business consulting. Job analysis, performance assessment, and workplace motivation are skills you will acquire with your degree.
How do I know I/O is the right concentration for me?
You enjoy solving problems in the workplace and improving the effectiveness of organizations. You have an interest in human resources, leadership, employee motivation, consulting, or organizational development. You might enjoy working for a consulting firm or in an organization's training and development or human resources department.
