Teaching Experience: Collective Bargaining, Labor Economics, Public Finance, General Economics, Principles of Microeconomics, Intermediate Microeconomics, Energy Economics, Principles of Macroeconomics at UW-Stout 1976-present.

Additional Professional Experience: ad hoc Labor Arbitrator and mediator for interest and grievance labor disputes. Panel of ad hoc arbitrators, Wisconsin Employment Relations Commission since 1989. Research Analyst, U.S. Department of Labor, 1974.
