Jaime Klein, Ph. D. teaches Project Management for Instructional Development in the Instructional Design Certificate program.

Dr. Klein earned her Ph.D. with Capella University and received her Masters of Business Administration Degree (specialization in leadership) from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio and has eleven years of experience teaching face-to-face and online.

As a highly educated information technology, business, and education professional, Jaime’s professional experiences have provided opportunities to manage large projects for a higher education institution, as well as teach at all levels of higher education from associate’s degree through the doctoral level.  She has a great deal of experience with curriculum design and development at multiple higher education institutions using a variety of learning management systems. She has served in roles requiring extensive project management, curriculum design, and curriculum development.

Jaime has taught and developed a variety of online courses in business, management, leadership, negotiations, team dynamics, and statistics. She is currently developing a program completely online in a competency-based format for Southwest Wisconsin Technical College.

Prior to teaching online, Jaime was the Director of Information Technology at Southwest Wisconsin Technical College and was responsible for all technology on campus, including network infrastructure, telecommunications, workstations, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, the Enterprise Resource Planning Software, state reporting requirements, the college website, and all other software used on campus and outreach locations. Prior to becoming the Director of Information Technology at the College, she was a full-time instructor in the Network Communication Specialist program in the Business Division, and also taught supervisory management and business courses.
