Born in Elmira, NY. Married to Erin Hall-Rhoades, also a family physician. Son Gavin, age 9. Hobbies include gardening, reading, and Lego-building with Gavin. MCAT, August 1994: Physical Sciences 14, Biologic Sciences 11, Verbal Reasoning 12.
