Midterm Grade Evaluations

(Student Academic Progress Request Forms)

ASPIRE offers students a chance to request midterm feedback from their instructor(s).

Students will meet with their ASPIRE Advisor to fill out the form for as many classes as they wish for instructor feedback. The students then hand the form(s) to their instructor(s) for constructive feedback about how they are performing in the classroom.

For Spring 2009, the deadline for instructor(s) to submit progress back to ASPIRE is by March 30th. If you are an ASPIRE student and wish to have your progress assessed, make an appointment and meet with your ASPIRE Advisor as soon as possible. Or, if you are already meeting with your ASPIRE Advisor, mention it at your next meeting.

Upon receving the progress reports, students will meet with their ASPIRE Advisor to go over the progress form(s) together.

This midterm evaluation is of great benefit to those students who desire first-hand feedback directly from their instructor(s).
