Julie Pichler named Classified Employee Appreciation Award Recipient

Pichler, IS Business Automation Analyst Sr., has been named Classified Employee Appreciation Award Recipient for June

Pichler, of Menomonie, works in Millennium Hall.

The individuals nominating Pichler stated:

“Julie has shown her commitment to the university by continually going above and beyond what is expected of her.  Julie is the consummate professional that loves to solve problems and learn.”  And, “In the Admissions Office, customer service is valued probably above anything else as we are here to help the students and their families.  From watching Julie over the years, I can say that Julie embraces our stance on customer service.  Julie is cordial and polite, she never rushes when working with a student or parent and will give a considerable amount of time to assist them. Julie does a wonderful job of asking the customer questions to figure out what they need and then walking them through the process.  Julie will stop whatever she is doing at the moment to help a student.”

Chancellor Bob Meyer presents each Classified Employee Appreciation Award Recipient with a certificate of recognition, a UW-Stout coffee mug and a cash prize.

Nominations can be made by supervisors, fellow employees or students.

The award was established by the chancellor to recognize classified employees at UW-Stout.
