Students, faculty, staff, and community members may reserve MPR courts, racquetball/wallyball courts, or the golf room by visiting the University Recreation office or calling 715-232-1392. Reservations may be made no more than 24 hours in advance and may not exceed one hour (consecutive reservations may not be made).
The pool may be reserved by on-campus or off-campus groups. Anyone interested in reserving the pool must first complete a Pool Reservation Request Form. After submitting the form, Urec will contact the group to confirm the reservation. On-campus groups may be charged for staffing (lifeguards). Off-campus groups are charged $65/hour for up to 30 people (two lifeguards) and $75/hour for 31-50 people (three lifeguards). Stout Adventures Reservations
The Climbing Wall and Challenge Course are both available for on-campus and off-campus group reservations through Stout Adventures. Groups are led by trained facilitators who can assist in team-building, group development, or learning the ropes of climbing. Anyone interested in reserving the Climbing Wall or Challenge Course must complete an Event Request Form. After submitting the form, Urec will contact the group to confirm the reservation and discuss goals. Johnson Field House & Outdoor Field Reservations
Many facilities within the Sports Complex can be reserved for activities or special events by groups within or outside of UW-Stout, including the Johnson Field House, Williams Stadium, and other outdoor fields.
