University Recreation (Urec) provides structured and unstructured activities for students. It is through these activities that students learn life long skills that contribute to their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual growth and development. Students can choose to participate in Intramural Sports, Stout Adventures, Health & Fitness Center, Sport Clubs and the Swimming Pool. Over 1/3 of UW-Stout's student body participates in Urec related activities annually and over 100 student employment opportunities exist within the department. There is something for everyone.
