How the Funding Process Works

The annual budget process is always at the beginning of the school year.  The Stout Student Association's (SSA) Financial Affairs Director will send out an e-mail informing all Clubs of the mandatory meeting for Club Treasurers to attend.

After the budget process is completed, Clubs will be required to sign up for a budget hearing where each Club will present their budget to the Financial Affairs Committee (FAC).  In the following days, the FAC will conduct deliberations and the final total budget proposed by the FAC will be brought to the SSA where it must wait 3 weeks until it can be voted on.
