Registration and Fees

Fees: (fee includes instruction, conference materials, continental breakfast, refreshments and lunch):

Early Registration Discounted Rate: $125 if registered by September 24, 2012
Regular Registration Rate: $175 from September 19, 2012-October 17, 2012
Student Registration Rate: $75.00 (must provide verification of student status at time of registration)

Program changes and cancellation:
The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each individual if a program is not held for any reason. The University's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.

Attendee cancellations:
A full refund will be granted upon written notification on or before the early registration date. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of the program. Substitutions may be made at any time.
