Registration Fees

Fees include shuttle bus, breaks, lunch, sessions and conference materials.

Early registration through September 15 - $85.00
Registration after September 15 - $100.00
Full-time University Student with lunch - $30.00
Full-time University Student without lunch - $25.00
High School Student - $9.00

University of Wisconsin-Stout has approved the conference for .5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). 

CEU Certificate Distribution 
In order to continue our sustainability efforts and to keep our costs low, we will only be printing CEU certificates upon request. Please indicate during the registration process how you prefer to receive your CEU certificate. There will be three options available:

  • Digital CEU-via email -select this option if you would like to receive your CEU certificate in a pdf format.
  • Hardcopy CEU-pick up onsite -select this option if you would like to pick up a printed paper copy of your certificate at the event.
  • No CEU or no certificate needed -select this option if you do not need CEUs or if you do not need a certificate in any format.

Credit Available
One college credit option is available at the conference. Please check the space on the registration form if you are interested in more information

Early Registration
Register before September 15, 2015 to reserve your spot a the conference at the discounted registration rate!

Lodging and restaurant information is available.

Due to limited parking on and around campus, a shuttle will be available for those who have signed up for it. The shuttle will pick-up at 8:00 am and will leave UW-Stout's Memorial Student Center at 3:20 pm.  If you have not already signed up for the shuttle, you may still reserve your spot.

Both metered and non-metered parking are available on the streets around campus. A campus map can be found at and click on "Download Maps".

Full refunds will be granted upon written request through September 15, 2015. Cancellations after September 15 and through September 19th will be assessed a $30 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after September 19, 2015. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Program changes and cancellation

  • The university reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
  • Every effort will be made to contact each attendee if a program is not held for any reason.
  • The university's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
