At a Glance Information for Exhibitors

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Exhibitor and Networking Breaks:
Extended breaks dedicated to exhibitors and networking have been included in the NRI schedule. These breaks are scheduled as follows:

  • Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. & 3:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. & 3:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. & 3:15 p.m. – 3:45 p.m.
  • Thursday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

UW-Stout will supply as a part of the exhibitor fee:

  • (1) Skirted 6’ x 30” table and chair per single booth
  • Access to Electrical outlet, if requested
  • Wireless Internet Access
  • Exhibitor name badge
  • Parking permit

Expectation of Exhibitors:

  • Load and unload own materials
  • Display set-up and tear down within designated times.
  • Utilize no more than the space allocated within the type of booth selected. (Approximately 6' x 8') Any additional items brought in by the exhibitor, i.e, tables, shelving, chairs, etc. must fit within the purchased space.
  • Maximum of two tables allowed per company.
  • Any empty boxes should be stored under table space or broken down for recycling/disposal.
  • Aisles and exits cannot be blocked by display or storage materials.
  • Booth attendants may remain with the exhibit for the duration of the conference or they may sit in on sessions. However, the booth fee does not include CEUs associated with attendance at the conference sessions. Separate fees apply for CEUs. 

Please Note: 
Exhibitor Fee is non-refundable after May 1, even if exhibitor chooses not to exhibit.
Exhibit Fee does not include:

  • CEUs for conference programming.
  • Meals or lodging - During the booth attendant registration process you may purchase meals and/or reserve on-campus lodging, if needed. Meal tickets may also be purchased onsite.
