Servant leadership is leadership that transcends self-interest to serve the needs of others by helping them grow professionally and personally.  The key to successful servant leadership is based on four guiding principles:  Service to others over self-interest; trust; effective listening; and empowering others to discover their inner strength.

In this session, you will learn about your leadership style and the impacts it may have on your followers.  You will also learn about one manufacturer’s journey as they transformed their hundred-year culture from a traditional hierarchy of leadership to one that is servant. You will leave this session with new insights into effective leadership.
