This five-part leadership series has been developed for the new leader, the team leader, the supervisor, and the mid-level leader looking to refresh their skills.  The goal is to take a deeper dive into the leadership role in specific areas of knowledge that affect the overall success of your team and the organization.

You can register for any of the five sessions or take the whole series.  The cost is $350.00 per session; or $1,500.00 for the whole series. Certificates will be provided upon completion.

Each course will meet interactively in an online TEAMS session during the date/time listed.  For each course taken, there will also be a one-hour individual coaching session for you to take a deeper dive into a topic of your choice or work on specific goal planning for your own continued development.

Customer Service Excellence and the Leader

There are two types of customers, internal and external.  As leaders, we put a tremendous amount of focus on our external customers, but forget that the internal moments of truth are vitally important.  In this session, we will look into the essential steps to ensure each interaction with our customers can result in a delightful experience.

Organizational Culture, Cultural Intelligence, and Growth

Organizational culture is the shared beliefs, norms, and behaviors that an organization shares among the team members.  Strong organizational cultures are shown to be more successful, have higher morale, and greater creativity and innovation.  Cultural intelligence is the capability to relate and effectively work across cultures.  This course is designed to help you learn how to tap the strengths of your team to increase the strength of your organizational culture utilizing the diverse individuals of your organization.

Team Leadership:  The Bringing together of Strong Individuals 
June 24, 2021 – 9:00 am- 11:00 am (CST)

Tapping into the strength of your team members is absolutely vital to strengthening the organizational culture and ensuring more growth.  The strength of the individual needs to be managed so the team can work together toward those goals and objectives.  This session will focus on specific empowerment, engagement, and motivational tools to bring those individual strengths together creating a high performing team.

Using the Balanced Scorecard to your Advantage

Successful teams and organizations utilize measurements to help them determine how well (or maybe not) they are doing.  Measurements help us make decisions about improvements, innovations, and directions of our team and organization.  A Balanced Scorecard is an effective tool for ensuring the synergy of the overall operation is pushing goals and objectives successfully.  This session will focus on the four parts of the scorecard as well as useful tools for process and measurement.

Project Management:  The Necessary Detail

Project management is a process of leading our team and using our resources to meet goals and objectives on time and within constraints.  Organizations and teams do not have unlimited resources, but they can do so much with what they currently have…creating room for more.  This session will focus on the leader’s role in project management processes and operational areas, including using lean tools to effectively create success.
