Zerbian receives Classified Employee Appreciation Award

Donna Zerbian received the Classified Employee Appreciation Award at University of Wisconsin-Stout for March.

Zerbian, of Menomonie, works for University Dining in the North Point Dining Hall.

Her nomination stated: "Donna takes it upon herself to organize and simplify different aspects of her job duties, always striving for excellence and efficiency. She makes sure the students are aware of the importance of good customer service; she sets the example for them.

“Donna takes pride in every aspect of her job and continually is striving for excellence."

Chancellor Charles W. Sorensen presents each winner with a certificate of recognition, a UW-Stout coffee mug and a check for $100.

Students, faculty and staff may nominate a classified staff member who demonstrates a commitment to excellence and the university community.

The award was established by the chancellor to recognize classified employees at UW-Stout.
