How We Prioritize Our Production Time

We prioritize our projects based on the strategic goals of the university, using this system to allocate staff time and resources to ensure that marketing efforts:

  • are applied appropriately
  • can be measured, if possible
  • are working to achieve institutional priorities

Chargebacks for Direct Costs (all projects):

  • Printing of materials
  • Actual costs associated with purchasing products: banners, ad placement, giveaway items, electronic marketing costs, and any other purchases
  • Charges for student/staff photography time for non-marketing related photography/videography services

We do not provide photography/videography for events such as speakers, award ceremonies, social events, or conferences. If you need a photographer for one of these events we have a list of freelance photographers available.
