Blue Devils Do Your Part!

By now you have most likely learned of the UW System "70 for 70" COVID vaccine incentive program as well as the announcement that UW-Stout will offer a vaccine incentive program. Once your vaccine information is uploaded, you can win valuable prizes, including a $7,000 scholarship toward your tuition when you “Do Your Part” to help keep our community safe and healthy.

Once you are fully vaccinated, defined as two doses of the Moderna or Pfizer vaccine or one dose of the J & J, and have uploaded your information into the secure database, you are eligible to be a winner in the daily drawings as well as for the grand prize scholarship drawings.

Once 70% of the Stout student body has uploaded their vaccine information, UW System will award several scholarships at $7,000 each. UW-Stout will match the number of $7,000 scholarships awarded by the UW System. The UW-stout systems have extended this due date to Sunday, October 31st to ensure as many students as possible have the chance to upload their vaccine information.

Uploading Vaccine Information

If you have already “Done Your Part” and are fully vaccinated, here's what you need to upload your vaccine information.

  • Student ID number
  • Picture of vaccination card
  • One minute to fill in your information

It's that easy!

Blaze the mascot is part of the UW-Stout and UW System effort to have 70% of students vaccinated by Oct. 15.
